This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for us to process all personal data obtained from you. Please read its content and accept its provisions.
The Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (RODO), i.e. the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on free the flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC. The Regulation imposes additional obligations and guidelines on companies regarding the management and processing of personal data. Please be advised that your personal data will be processed for the following purpose and based on the following legal basis:
- delivery of commercial information regarding the services offered on the basis of voluntary, separate consent - the provision of art. 6 clause 1 lit. and RODO
- implementation of current and future contracts to which the Administrator is a party - provision of art. 6 clause 1 lit. b RODO
- the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator and resulting from the provisions of applicable law, including tax or administrative obligations - the provision of art. 6 clause 1 lit. c RODO
- the processing of personal data is necessary to secure the Administrator's interests in the scope of determining, pursuing and defending claims related to concluded contracts (e.g. debt collection, recovery) - the provision of art. 6 clause 1 letter f RODO
The recipients of your personal data remain enterprises providing services to the Administrator without which it would be impossible to cooperate with you (courier, shipping or postal companies, entities providing accounting services, law firms, debt collection companies, public bodies and institutions).
Your personal data will be transferred to a third country or an international organization.
Your personal data will be processed throughout the duration of the contract and its performance, as well as at a later time - until the expiry of the limitation periods for any claims related to the contract concluded and the implementation of legal obligations, or until you withdraw your consent to their processing.
We also inform that in connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, delete or limit their processing, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to transfer personal data.
In the event of a breach of the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (RODO), you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
Providing personal information is voluntary. However, their absence will prevent cooperation with the Asten Group being the Data Administrator.
The administrator does not use automated profiling of personal data.
